The Comfort Wide EX8000 Bariatric Low Bed expands to 48 inches wide without the use of tools for more comfort and flexibility. It features soft non-marking wall bumpers that come standard to protect wall from damage. Its steel pivots have hardened steel bushings or high bolts to extend the life of the bed. The full clear span underneath the bed allows for unobstructed access with lifts or assisting devices. The available positions, Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg and Cardiac Chair, can be quickly achieved with the five function handset. This bed can be un-assembled in minutes and re-assembled to transport in tight spaces. Lastly, this bed features a grid deck that allows for ventilation under the mattress in any bed width and the frame has several accessories to customize for any user need.
