The Elite Copper Comfort Mattress features memory foam that has an open cell structure for improved breathability and greater heat dissipation when compared to a traditional visco, moving heat away from the body more quickly and maintaining a more consistent comfortable temperature. It also features a 4-way stretch cover — when combined with our Copper Comfort memory foam provides superior immersion while reducing shear and friction plus and as an added benefit it has been treated with antimicrobial properties.
