Features and Benefits: This revolutionary Semi-Electric Hospital Bed can be easily converted to the Full-Electric Hospital Bed with extra parts. The piston driven motor (compared to gear driven motor on other products in the market) provide higher safety during operation. The motor can be removed for the bed frame to get cleaned easily with detergent or chemical. Complete welded steel frame construction. The head and foot section can be raised or lowered simultaneously or independently with one hand control. During a power failure the motor unit can lower both the head and foot section with just a single standard 9 volt battery. The semi-electric hospital bed can be assembled or disassembled easily with just ve components. No tools are required. Designed to meet the requirements of applicable HCPCS codes. UL 73 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 68-92 approved. Bed also available as a package with 80" x 35" x 7" innerspring mattress and either full rails or head half rails. Bed packages also available with mattresses that meet the requirements of California Technical Bulletin #603 (fire retardant for Nursing Facilities).
